Audition results will be sent to directors by email no later than 6:00 PM on Monday, November 28th, 2022. If you have questions regarding your school's scores or have not received them by the date above, please contact your District Governor directly.

Step 1: Give a copy of the following to each of your accepted students:
Step 2: Complete the Director's Acceptance Form (Online)
Complete ONE online form per school.
To complete this form, you will need ONE PDF FILE containing a completed "Acceptance and Code of Conduct Form” for EACH of your school's accepted student(s).
Your signature and the signature of a school administrator must be on each student's acceptance/code of conduct form to signify eligibility. Parent and student signatures are required on this form as well.
Do not mail your original forms. Keep them for your records.
Step 3: Submit Acceptance Payments
There is a $40 acceptance fee for EACH student participating in CMASC.
Submit ONLY ONE PAYMENT PER SCHOOL. This payment should include the acceptance fee for EACH of the students participating from that school.
