CMASC has reserved a block of rooms at Embassy Suites Denver Downtown, across from the Colorado Convention Center. Rooms are first come, first served, and likely to fill up fast. The deadline (availability dependent) to register for the CMASC group rate is Monday, January 12, 2026.

Directors, schools, and individual families are also always welcome to book their own accommodations outside of these rooms. There are several other large events happening downtown the same weekend so we recommend that you book early.
