All State Choir has reserved a block of rooms for the 2025 event at the dual-hotel property Home2Suites and Tru Hotel. These rooms are first come, first serve.

Booking Process:
- Fill out the rooming list template available below.
- Send the rooming list to [email protected].
- Complete and send in your tax exemption paperwork if applicable (see below).
- You will receive a Sertifi link in your email for a credit card authorization form after you have submitted the rooming list. Please fill this out within 24 hours of receiving it.
- You will receive your rooming list back from Shakan Carver (hotel reservations manager) with confirmation numbers within 72 hours once they have input your reservations into their system, they have received your tax-exemption paperwork, AND you have submitted the credit card authorization form.

The guidelines provided to us are from the City and County of Denver Department of Finance, not the hotel. The City and County of Denver is extremely particular and all items on the checklist are required or tax exemption cannot be approved. Please contact the City and County Department of Finance at 720.913.9955 with any questions or clarifications. Please be aware that the City and County Department of Finance requires us to post the taxes on the original statement and your taxes will be refunded as a tax allowance on a later date.

- Fill out the Tax Exemption Packet above. You must include a copy of your organization’s tax exemption certificate and a photocopy of the actual method of payment, whether check or credit card. For security purposes, you may black out the account number on the method of payment. The corporation/ organization name and/or tax exemption ID must be clearly visible on the photocopy. Cash is not a tax exempt method of payment. If your organization is not comfortable with this procedure we will have to wait to confirm exemption at check-in and the method of payment must be present. Our team will review your method of payment at check-in and submit details to accounting, which will take at least 24 hours. *Please do not send a copy of your ID or the back of your credit card.*

- If you have not seen the tax refund within two weeks after your departure, please email [email protected].
Additional Information:
Room and tax will be charged to the credit card provided for all rooms. Incidentals will be turned off. This means that students will not be allowed to charge anything to the room. We are also a no-cash hotel, so if students would like to purchase anything from our market, they only accept card or tap-to-pay.
Parking:
Valet parking is offered at $20/day for day use only and is based on availability. Overnight valet parking is offered at $42/night for overnight guests, also based on availability. There is no oversize vehicle or bus parking onsite.

Directors, schools, and individual families are also always welcome to book their own accommodations outside of these rooms. There are several other large events happening downtown the same weekend so we recommend that you book early.
