All State Choir has reserved a block of rooms for the 2024 event at Home2 Suites by Hilton Denver Downtown.
These rooms are first come, first serve.

Breakfast is included.

All reservations must be made by Jan. 17th, 2024 to secure this block rate. Any further reservations must be called in to our group coordinator (Shakan Carver, info below) to see if they can honor the group rate.

For Tax Exemption: 

• Fill out Denver Exemption from Sales, Use, or Lodger's Tax.
• Government Affidavit. You must take a photocopy of the actual method of payment whether check or credit card. The method of payment must be a government issued credit card and meet all requirements. For security purposes, you may black out all numbers except the 6th digit and the last 4 digits. The corporation/ organization name and/or tax exemption ID must be clearly visible on the photocopy, or Government card numbers must be exempt and background picture must match qualifications.
• Once you have completed the required documents please email this information along with your booking confirmation number to [email protected]. Someone will respond within 24 hours. These guidelines are provided by the City and County of Denver Department of Finance, not specifically the hotel.
• If you prefer to claim directly following your stay, you can instead fill out the request for a refund form.

PARKING: 
Valet parking is offered at $20/day for day use only and is based on availability. Overnight valet parking is offered at $42/night for overnight guests, also based on availability. There is no oversize vehicle or bus parking onsite.

Directors, schools, and individual families are also always welcome to book their own accommodations outside of these rooms. There are several other large events happening downtown the same weekend so we recommend that you book early.
