Colorado Middle All State Choir offers 7th and 8th grade students in Colorado a chance to perform alongside the best middle school singers across the state in one of our three elite ensembles: Triplo, Mescolare, and Cambiato. Designed to be a transition between the Elementary and High School All State models, CMASC requires students to audition with a prepared piece and demonstrate their technical skills, but ensures students from all CMEA Districts are representated at the event. The two-day festival is held at the Colorado Convention Center, where students rehearse and perform with 500+ similarly talented, motivated, and dedicated singers under the direction of elite clinicians from around the country. The culminating concert is held on the final evening in the 5,000-seat Bellco Theatre, and is open to the public.

  • Thursday, August 1st, 2024 — Practice Audition Materials posted to website.
  • (NEW) Saturday, August 10th, 2024 — Optional Pre-Auditions Zoom Meeting for Directors at 1:30 PM. 
  • Monday, September 23rd, 2024 — Official Audition Materials posted. Additional information will be sent to directors by this date.
  • Friday, October 11th, 2024 — Audition Submission Deadline. All audition materials (including payment!) due by 5:00 PM.
  • Monday, December 2nd, 2024 — Acceptance Announcements! Audition results will be emailed to directors by this date.
  • Friday, December 13th, 2024 — Acceptance Deadline. All acceptance paperwork, fees, and merchandise orders due by 11:59 PM.
  • (NEW) Saturday, January 4th, 2025 — Optional Pre-Event Zoom Meeting for Directors at 1:30 PM
  • Thursday, February 6th, and Friday, February 7th, 2025 — All State Festival at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver
  • Friday, February 7th, 2025 — All State Concert at the Bellco Theatre​, 7:00 PM
